RULES AND REGULATIONS:

In order to provide a fun and safe environment we ask all participants to abide by the following rules:

Adult supervision is required.

Please remove your shoes before entering.

Socks must be worn.

No toys, jewelry or sharp objects are allowed.

Food and drinks are to remain outside of the package area.

No rough house play.

Please empty pockets before entering.

RESERVATION POLICY:

Reservations are confirmed once our rental agreement has been signed and a $50 deposit has been received. We are happy to email you our rental agreement if you would like to review it before reserving a package.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your reservation two weeks (14 days) prior to your event and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made one week (7 days) prior to your event will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to your event will forfeit the deposit.

WEATHER POLICY:

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation due to inclement weather. Please have a back up indoor site for set up.

EQUIPMENT DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP:

The person renting the soft play package must be on site at the time the equipment is delivered, set-up, cleaned and packed up.

LIABILITY WAVER AND HOLD HARMLESS POLICY:

We require all parents and/or guardians sign a waiver before their child participates. We are happy to email you a copy of this waiver ahead of time if you would like to review it.

THREE HOUR RENTAL

Your three hour rental begins on your event start time and ends at the third hour of use unless additional time has been reserved. The time required to set up a package isn’t included in the three hour rental.
