GENERAL INFORMATION
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our hours are your hours! Soft play packages can can be set up any day of the week. We’re available to answer questions and confirm reservations Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm. Questions and reservation requests submitted on the weekends will be returned on the following Monday or Tuesday.
IS YOUR BUSINESS INSURED?
Absolutely! We carry General Liability Insurance.
HOW DO I RESERVE A SOFT PLAY PACKAGE?
Simply click the “Reserve” tab above and fill out our reservation request form. If you have questions while filling out the form please send us an email and we will respond within 24 hours.
WHO CLEANS THE EQUIPMENT AND HOW OFTEN IS IT CLEANED?
Members of our team clean all equipment after every single rental. We use Clean Smart disinfectant products which kill 99% of germs with simple and safe ingredients.
WHERE CAN YOUR SOFT PLAY PACKAGES BE SET UP?
Our soft play packages can be set up both indoors and outdoors. We are unable to set up on any wet or damp surface or during rainy weather or potentially inclement weather. We can customize the layout and type(s) of equipment just for your preferences or ideal space.
RENTAL RESERVATIONS
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO RESERVE A SOFT PLAY PACKAGE?
Three weeks is ideal, but we are happy to accommodate reservations in as short as two weeks notice. If you are wanting to reserve a package in less than two weeks notice please call us so that we can check availability quickly!
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT A RENTAL RESERVATION REQUEST FORM?
We will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Any reservation request submitted Friday, Saturday or Sunday will receive a response the following Monday or Tuesday.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SOFT PLAY PACKAGE RENTALS FOR?
Rentals are for 3 hours. Each additional hour is $50/hr.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
WHAT AREAS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR DELIVERY ROUTE?
Delivery is free within 15 miles of our warehouse in Panama City, FL. We will happily serve our neighbors outside of this range, but will require an additional travel fee.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR THE SET UP, DELIVERY, AND COLLECTION OF MY RENTAL?
Yes, but we will do everything for you went it comes to setting up, cleaning and breaking down the equipment. We want to provide a hassle-free experience and make sure you are 100% happy with your rental before we leave your site.
WHEN WILL YOU SET UP AND COLLECT MY RENTAL?
Depending on the package being rented, it can take anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours for setup and breakdown. We will make sure the equipment is set up in plenty of time before your event begins as we don’t want to cause any disruptions when guests are arriving. Rentals will be sanitized and collected at the end of your 3 hour rental.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE MY SPACE FOR A SET UP?
A clean and clear space is necessary for a successful set up as well as easy access to the site. We are unable to set up our soft play equipment on wet or damp surfaces or on areas with debris.
Event locations with harder to access sites (stairwells, long walking distances, etc.) may require additional time for setting up and breaking down. These circumstances will require an additional fee and will be assessed on an individual basis by a member of our team.
PAYMENT
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. We also accept Venmo, personal/cashier checks and cash payments.
If a personal check is returned by your bank, we will issue a returned check fee of $35.
HOW MUCH IS A DEPOSIT ON A SOFT PLAY RENTAL PACKAGE?
The deposit to reserve your date and time is $50 and goes toward to total amount of your rental. Your deposit is due within 24 hours when we confirm your reservation. Deposits are refundable up to two weeks (14 days) prior to your event. Half of your deposit is refundable up to one week (7 days) prior to your event. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations less than 7 days prior to your event.
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE FOR MY RENTAL DUE?
The final balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, & WEATHER POLICY
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RENTAL RESERVATION DATE AND TIME?
Yes. To change or cancel your reservation please reach out to us via email or phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time if you have already reserved a package with us.
WHAT IS YOUR INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY?
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations at any time due to inclement weather. We will happily offer you a full refund if it rains on your special day and you have planned for an outdoor set up without a covered area. If it rains on the day of your event or there is potential rain and your space allows for an indoor set up we can make adjustments the day of to set up indoors. Please consider having an indoor back up site if you are initially wanting an outdoor set up.
SAFETY
WHAT AGES ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY ON YOUR SOFT PLAY PACKAGE AREA?
Our soft play equipment is designed for children up to age 5.
ARE ADULTS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SOFT PLAY AREA?
Yes. We encourage adult assistance and supervision as your children play, but we ask that adults do not sit or play on the equipment. We expect parents to abide by the same rules when entering the soft play area.
WHAT ARE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USING THE SOFT PLAY RENTAL PACKAGES?
In order to provide a fun and safe environment we ask all participants to abide by the following rules:
Adult supervision is required
Please remove your shoes before entering
Socks must be worn by children and adults
No toys, jewelry or sharp objects are allowed
Food and drinks are to remain outside of the package area
Please empty pockets before entering
No rough play - this includes running, pushing, shoving or climbing on each other
DO CHILDREN NEED TO BE SUPERVISED WHILE PLAYING ON THE SOFT PLAY EQUIPMENT?
Yes. All children should be supervised at all times while the soft play equipment is being used.
